Transcripts are a student's record which include an itemized list of courses taken, and grades received. Transcripts are most often requested for transferring to another academic institution or for applying to graduate school.
Effective 7/1/08 the price for an Official Transcript will be $13.00.
Official Transcripts are printed on security paper and display the entire academic history of a student at UCSB. They may be ordered from the Office of the Registrar for a charge of $13 per copy. Ordering Official Transcripts by Credit Card is another option (suggested for alumni). Click here for more information about requesting an official transcript. Additional information is also available about payment via BARC or by credit card, as well as other Rush delivery options.
