You may include documents that are required and provided by other institutions or organizations (insurance forms, school forms, etc.) as an attachment to be sent along with your official transcript. Please upload any attachments (PDF, JPEG) via the Parchment storefront when placing your order. This option is currently available for all product types. Please note that attachments for any of the printed transcript products are limited to a maximum of five (5) pages per transcript.
