Address and phone number information may be recorded or changed through GOLD. Students can update local, permanent, parents, billing, and emergency address information. Foreign addresses can also be updated using GOLD.
GOLD will provide you with a quarter-by-quarter breakout of all courses you have completed, your grades, units completed at UCSB, and quarterly and cumulative GPA. Links within this page also allow you to view a Unit Summary of all courses you have completed as well as information about the Latest Quarter in which you have enrolled. You can also print your entire Academic History at UCSB.
GOLD allows you to check your major, special programs, registration pass times, important registration deadlines to include add/drop deadlines, fee deadlines, and other information.

Your Class Schedule
Begin your registration process here. GOLD allows you to view a list of your classes as well as your weekly schedule for any quarter. You may also make schedule adjustments (Add/Drop courses) from this screen if the deadline has not passed.
Undergraduate Declarations of Candidacy
Seniors can declare degree candidacy for the quarter in which they intend to complete their degree requirements. Students can also change the address to which their diploma will be mailed.
Allows users who are qualified to reserve a seat in a commencement ceremony according to the following criteria.
Commencement Pass 1
Only students with 164 units, either completed or in progress during the winter quarter, will be eligible to make a commencement reservation during PASS 1. Seniors can only make a reservation for the ceremony to which their major is assigned for this pass.
Commencement Pass 2
Only students with 164 units, either completed or in progress during the spring quarter, will be eligible to make a commencement reservation during PASS 2. Eligible undergraduate students can reserve any open and available ceremony regardless of major.
Current students (that is, students with an "active" BARC account) may order verifications which provide specific statements verifying a student’s enrollment, degree status, overall GPA, etc.

Objective Major/Degree Status
Displays objective, major, degree completion quarter (if declared), and current status of your degree.
Transcripts (Official & Unofficial)
Current students (that is, students with an "active" BARC account) may order official transcripts using GOLD and have the fee billed to their BARC account. Students may also order "unofficial transcripts" at no cost.
Schedule of Classes Search and Registration
Use GOLD to search for course availability and status by instructor, day and time, requirements satisfied, etc. You can register and add courses to your schedule directly from the search results. Click on the "Blue Linked" words for online help.
