Processing Times and Stipulations

Processing times and stipulations are set by the product type selected. Complete information regarding the policies of Parchment®, our processing partner, can be found on their support website. Below is a list of general processing times by product type:

  • eTranscript: Available for download generally within 1 hour after order is placed. 
  • Paper Transcript for Mail:  Will be processed and ready to be shipped in 2 business days. Time to destination is dependent on the courier selected.
  • Paper Transcript with Notarization:  A representative from the Office of the Registrar will be in contact 1-2 business days after the order is placed to schedule a time for notarization. Shipping times will be outlined at that time. As this is a time-intensive process, please allow 2 weeks to complete.


  • Additional miscellaneous policies for processing:
    • FedEx orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.


Re-sends, Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to Parchment's Support Website to get information regarding having an order resent, receiving a refund or to cancel an order.


Address Verifications

If you need to verify your address for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or to set up utilities:



Documents that are required and provided by other institutions or organizations (insurance forms, school forms, etc.) may be included as an attachment to be sent along with an official transcript. Please upload attachments (PDF, JPEG) via the Parchment storefront when placing an order. This option is currently available for all product types. Please note that attachments for any of the printed transcript products are limited to a maximum of five (5) pages per transcript.
