Official transcripts contain the information needed for the Common Application, Coalition for College/SCOIR, or any other student transfer report.

As of July 17, 2023, the UCSB Office of the Registrar no longer prepares any student transfer report, as the UCSB official transcript contains the information requested. A UCSB Transfer Letter (PDF) confirms this policy. Students may send this letter to the institution(s) of their choice.

To obtain disciplinary clearance (also known as a Dean’s Certification), please contact the UCSB Office of Student Conduct, providing your full name, UCSB perm number, most recent quarter/year of attendance (e.g., Fall 2022), academic major(s) and minor(s), as well as the email address(es) for the institution(s) requesting verification of your disciplinary standing.
